Return and Refund Policy for Mammoth Business Essentials

 

Office Supplies:

Is an item you bought from us not quite right? If it is unopened, or if it is defective, we will accept it for return or exchange within 30 days or original purchase. Please bring the item back to our store at 1934 Meridian Blvd, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 along with purchase receipt. 

 

Shipments:

In the event that there is an issue with a shipment, please notify us immediately, but no later than 30 days after the date of shipment. We can be notified via email at sam@mammothbusiness.com, phone at 760-924-2257, or stop by our store in person at 1934 Meridian Blvd, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546.

If Mammoth Business Essentials was in error in addressing a package, a refund will be implemented and the package reshipped at no extra cost to the customer. 

There are no guarantees on transit times of shipments moving through USPS Ground, UPS Ground, and Fedex Ground. Transit times quoted at time of shipment are estimates and not guarantees. Refunds will not be given even if a shipment arrives past estimated transit times.

Shipments that are impacted by weather delays will not be refunded. 

Late shipments sent through USPS, UPS, and Fedex Express services are only refundable per approval of USPS, UPS, and Fedex Express. If your express shipment is late, please notify us immediately so we may submit a claim with the shipping carrier. Once they have approved a shipping refund, we will implement a refund back to the customer's initial method of payment. Should the refund be denied, we will not implement a refund. 

Damaged shipments sent through USPS, UPS, and Fedex are only refundable and declared value reimbursed per approval of USPS, UPS, and Fedex Express. If your shipment arrived damaged, please contact us immedately, but no later than 30 days after the date of shipment. We will submit a claim to the shipping carrier. If it is proven that the damage was caused by faulty packaging on items we have packaged, Mammoth Business Essentials will reimburse the amount for the damage to the customer. In the event that the shipping carrier is to blame, they will issue a check to Mammoth Business Essentials, who will issue a new check of the same amount back to the customer. 

 

Mailboxes:

There are no refunds on mailbox services.
